OPEN TERMS

Net 30 terms may be granted up approval of account. All invoices must be paid in full within this time. A finance charge may be applied to any unpaid balance beyond established terms. American Made Cap Company reserves the right to revoke open terms at any time. ORDERING AND PRICING We accept orders by fax and email. Please confirm all pricing when ordering. Prices can change without notice at anytime.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

Cancellations of orders cannot be made once the order has gone into production. We can make changes to your order prior to the order being placed into production. Once an order has gone into production, some changes may still be possible.

RETURN OF MERCHANDISE

No returns will be accepted without return authorization. Please check all shipments upon delivery. We cannot accept returned caps 60 days after invoice date. Worn caps will not be accepted unless defective. All claims for damaged goods, shortages, etc, must be made within 5 days of receipt of order.

NEW ARTWORK

We recommend emailing all new art. Artwork colors and size may be hard to distinguish when faxed. If faxing artwork, please specify colors and sizing. New artwork will be emailed or faxed and must be approved before your order is put into production.

PAYMENTS

All open invoices may be paid by company check, money order or credit card. Your Visa, Mastercard, or Discover will be charged at the time of shipment. COD Payments by certified check and money order will also be accepted. American Made Cap Company reserves the right to charge a handling fee on any returned check.

FABRIC SHADING

Color shade variations are common with all dyed fabric and we cannot guarantee color shades will match previous orders. Stock and Quickpick caps featured in the catalog are meant to be only a representation of the actual product. As with custom cap orders, we cannot guarantee color shades will match previous orders. American Made Cap Company strives to keep the shading of all fabrics and stock items as consistent as possible.

BUSINESS HOURS

Our customer service department is located in Crowell, TX and is open Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST. All customer service, artwork and order questions are handled from this location.

SHIPPING

All merchandise is shipped FOB plant location. American Made Cap Company ships via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified by customers. Next Day, Second Day, and Three Day shipping is available upon request.
